Is this a sign of anxiety? I'm fine at home but just when I go out I'm noticing this is a problem
I had a c section in jan and since then had bad anxiety due to them punching a hole in spinal fluid,
I'm trying to self diagnose all the time as getting no help from NHS I'm
I'm seeing a councilllor also and am on medication
Willie brain fog go???
Brain fog can go. Take a b complex every day. And if you can fish oil. I dont know what is that stuff about spinal thing wouldnt that heal up on its own. Almost everyone gets epidurals.and they do soinal taps on people all the time so unsure on that. I a, not doctor. Lastly check b12 levels. What i did find out was i was getting shots then started using dublingual b12 and bith work so now i use sublinguals only. They are sold everywhere. The b12 might do the trick all on its own within a minth.and be sure the meds dint cause brain fog.
If you have gotten. O help go get sublingual b12 eastpy enough tonstart there. I steuctions are simple and in the bottle. Its water soluable you pee out what you dint need. Do not take more then the bottle notes. More isnt better.
You can see a rheumatoid doctor to rule out auto immune disorders. They will also rule out fibromylegia. Maybe you can do that privately if you cant get a referral. Would be worth the answers.
anxiety can do intensely strange things. It can mimic diseases, viruses and apeverything else. So thats always in the background as an add on,
Drink a lot of water. We all forget. And its not always do easy to drink so much which im nit fully understanding myself.
Fear is an awgpful thing to have whilst teying tomfigure anything out it blurrs the exams and confuses drs with off symptoms.
Yes. Brain fog will go eventually. It actually comes on because of medication blocking brain overresponse at times your anxiety would otherwise escalate. In your case it appears to be related to being out of the house. It is a good sign as long as it does not get worse or change somehow to something more unpleasant.
Do you find it gets better while you are out of the house if you get engaged in a pleasent conversation with someone or an activity you enjoy?
You are also still undergoing hormonal shifts following pregnancy so be kind to yourself and patient.
Are you finding any comfort in time spent with the baby or are you having difficulty bonding with him/her?
PS Anxiety itself can also cause brain fog withot medication in the mix. It is also related to brain trying to reduce overreaction and block out any stimulation it is unable to process. Perfectly normal. x
The brain fog normally subsides when I'm at home
But if I go out shopping or like today I tried a mother and baby group it comes on me and it says awful
THank you
I've just got vitamins with b12 and magnesium in
