Hello, I was running my fingers through my pubic hair last night and came across this red bump on my pubic bone. It doesn't hurt and there's only one. Is this an ingrown hair or herpes? If it's an infected hair follicle, should I pull the hair out? I haven't shaved in a month but I do have thick hair.
