I slept with a new partner unprotected and shortly noticed a few sores in my pubic area and at the base of my shaft. They are painful and sore. I havent noticed any pus. If I squeeze, clear liquid comes out, as with any wound.
I've read folliculitis is pimple like. This is not very pimple like but I also did not notice any form of tiny clusters of fluid-filled bumps as i've seen wit HSV photos, but some of the other photos have me concerned.
There was a cluster of single bumps that have now merged together into a sore. Not sure if this was due to me messing with it and trying to pop it or pull hairs out or if it was natural. I have pulled most hairs that were in the sores out.
My left lymph node in groin is swollen, also. I have been cleaning with alchol and using "Poly Bacitracin" it seems to be starting to heal now at day 7 or 8. They are still swollen and extremely obvious to anyone who would see me naked but are less painful and seem to be in healing process.
