I took a little time-out for myself today and headed to a nearby beach and spent the day enjoying myself/relaxing. It was just what I needed and helped me to get my thinking back on track.
I'm glad to hear you took some time for you, that's the most important thing you often forget to do.

Very goood idea, glad it helped. I myself have a 6 days beach vacation coming in 3 weeks. Good for anxiety and good for sinus as well. ;-) I'm counting the minutes. ;-)
