hi everyone i am new here. i have been diagnosed with mild gastritis and have been dealing with it for five months nothing mild about it . i was wondering if any of you have experienced problems with food i cant eat turkey or eggs or alot of other things its really frustrating . i have been doing the mild diet and am stressing out this will be the rest of my life . doing pepcid as ppi,s made me feel worse i am assuming this condition may take a while to heal i just hope it does
were you tested for food allergies? did you have a endoscopy done?
I recovered from years of gastritis quite quickly by introducing oats to my diet and replacing cows milk with organic oat milk.
