i’ve been having bad anxiety all weekend & also my cycle is starting soon and usually before it comes i get leg pains but now i’m getting bad leg pains along with arm pains & weird pains in the back of my head 😕😣😣 is this anxiety or does anyone else feel these symptoms ??
Oh, same situation as you, I am on my period, I get a lot if pick ice pain in my head, legs and arms. Also I get spasm on my face and legs, I feel like I will faint and die every second. And also because of this, because my left hand hurts I think every two second that I will have a heart attack. I've had these symptoms for 4 days now and I am still alive, you will be to, stay safe.
