I know this was directed to Greg, but I have to tell you that you are suffering because you are dropping much to quickly. I did what you are doing now, and I could barely function. I found a compounding pharmacist who could make a liquid version that I can measure out with a syringe. I reduce by 0.2 mg every 3-4 weeks. I just reduced from 3.4 mg to 3.2 mg. You need to change what you are doing, or you will continue to suffer, and your suffering will get worse.
Thank you for the info. So i should stick at 3.75 for some weeks then get the liquid and go very slowly. That sounds ok. Will, have to find a pharmacy to do that for me. In doing it this way do you think the nausea etc. Will not be so bad? I have heard you can get a liquid so could try that.
You should wait until you are stable. For me, it meant that I was sleeping well for several days. For you, it means that you should wait until the symptoms that started after you your 10th day subside. I actually increased my dose a little until I stabilized, then I started tapering again.
I am nearly off. Irtazapine but still not well. I would like to try Alpha Stim, is it worth buying this device
