i noticed these and i dont know what they are and its kind of scaring me ... it looks bumpy but its not, its smooth. doesnt itch either...! you can only really see them when i pull my lips apart as shown in image...
these are fordyce spots, honestly completely normal and nothing to worry about. They form where there is excess sebum and no hair follicles. (sebum is usually released through a hair follicle). they’re basically glands where it cant get released. Hope thats helped
Can some fordyce spots be larger than others though? I have a few up by my clitoris that are larger than the others, I had a yeast infection itched and then looked and noticed, they look just like the other spots only larger. They are all on my labia minora. They do not hurt itch etc
