are these fordyce spots? or yeast infection spots ? I have never noticed them before but i recently have started walking 6-9 miles a day to get outside .. i have a bit of itching / burning but it comes and goes. I only noticed a small amount of milky discharge when i was examining but have not see in my underwear. burns a tiny bit when i pee. couldnt get clearer images !!

haha yes look a little like cankers but not ulcer ish they are just tiny little spots with one slightly larger one . i will try again shortly
also i have had same partner for last 9 years i dont think he has been with anyone else . My last pap was 1 year ago and it was normal .
