I've had these spots on my penis for a few months now. I'm not sure what they are, but I've convinced myself that they're genital warts/herpes. What are these??? Keep in my I've never had any sexual contact with anyone.

If you haven’t had sexual contact with anyone I’m not sure why you would be worried about it being genital warts. They just look like fordyce spots to me.
Those are definitely fordcye spots.
