I found these on the shaft of my penis. While sexually active, I never have unprotected vaginal sex aside for oral.
Can someone help? I believe they are fordyce spots, however, I can't see my GP due to COVID right now to make sure.

They look most like Fordyce, they are quite prominent - try not to irritate them in any way.
It is possible they could be Molluscum contagiosum - do a search for details …

I did a search on Molluscum Contagiosum and it doesn’t appear to be so sinec there’s no discharge and the bumps are quite small. They do appear to be forydyce and seems like my panic got the best of me.
