So early October, I hooked up with a friend of mine it didnt last long and he pulled out on to like my pubic area. He tried to wipe it away, and i remember some of it going down in between my vag lips. Ever since then, ive felt like mild irritation that was getting worse (itchy and slight burning). Just a little under 2 weeks later i got tested for STIs and it only came back positive for BV in which the provider prescribed doxycycline 100mg BID for a week. It was around day 5 of taking the meds that the discomfort started to ease up. A few days prior to it easing up, I did order an STI testing kit off of Amazon and sent in a sample of urine for testing that also came back negative for chlamydia, gon, and trich. I took the test day 4 I was on the doxy. The irritation is still present (itchy and occasional mild burning, mostly itchy) but is not as bad as it was about a week ago. I just finished the last dose of doxy last night. Today i took pics of where the discomfort is coming from and I noticed what appears to be a rash of some sort. Prior to that, my vulva was slightly swollen and somewhat red, which i just assumed it was from the BV. idk if its just some kind of dermatitis from his semen (been about 3 weeks since its come in contact), something more serious like herpes or hpv. Any suggestions on what it could be? Should i get tested again?
