Fordyce Spots?

Hi
I’ve got these white lumps on the head of my penis.

They cause no pain or irritation at all.

I’m not sure how long they have been there, but i think they have got more obvious over the past 1-2 years.

I do have a lot of Fordyce spots on the shaft, so I’m looking for confirmation if they are also Fordyce on the head.

I’m 40 years old

Hi Mike. I’m not sure if they are fordyce spots? Could be fungal also but I would definitely have it checked with your doctor or dermatologist in case of lichen sclerosus or maybe lichen nitidus.

i ruled out lichen sclerosus due to the fact there is absolutely no pain or irritation.. could it still be lichen sclerosus?

Yes it could still be LS symptoms doesn’t always include pain or irritation. but I’m not convinced it is LS though it could be yeast or fungal infection are you sexually active or have been? I think it’s time you have it checked out! you have had it for some time now and it hasn’t improved.

thanks again. getting an appointment to get it checked is not very easy at the moment due to covid
