Foreskin attached to one side of glans

So I can fully retract my penis where the whole head if exposed flaccid erect etc. Very easily and no pain. However I noticed that the right side of my bellend/glans has no foreskin attacked under it. Where as the left bit does, I don't know how to quicken the process. Any tips?

Bob, rather than describe what you have is it possible to upload a picture that clearly shows what you have … ?

here you go

It may be penile adheration but the picture is not clear enough, it looks normal because your glans looks completely exposed.

your picture looks normal

This what i mean the other side has the glands down or not stuck to bellend but left side is still there.

Yes, these are clearly skin adhesions - as Infectologia states the main thing you can achieve is the ability to fully expose the glans of your penis. You would require a minor surgical procedure to sort the adhesions and most doctors would probably regard this as cosmetic as it is not interfering with the normal function of the foreskin.
The whole underside of my penis has the foreskin attached to the lower part of the glans and is covering the entire frenulum - this has never interfered with normal functioning and I too can expose the remainder of the glans.
I am in the UK and a Urologist told me he would perform a full circumcision to sort this but I wanted to retain normal function of the foreskin so never had the circumcision.

So it doesnt affect anything? To be fair When masturbating i havent faced any problem either.

The adhesions look pretty much secure, but it depends how much pressure is placed on them - this would require prolonged forceful masturbation or regular rough sex sessions to be a risk of them tearing. So no, little chance of them affecting anything including normal function.
The risk would be if one of these broke-free during sex you may get quite a lot of blood as that is the nature of an erect penis, it is flush with blood - for a professional opinion, again you would need to see a urologist …

So I think the adheshions have gone back now. But there is like one red spot on each place of where the adheshions were. Should i be worried?

This is really interesting, they seemed to be well-adhered.
All you need do now is prevent infection - washing regularly is the key, so at least twice a day, also, it would be an idea to use an antiseptic cream or lotion on this, but for lumps, bumps and skin abrasions on the penis I prefer liquid antiseptic …
You never stated what age you are - the thing to bare in mind for healthy penile skin once this is healed is to minimise direct contact with soap and other forms of body wash such as shower gel as these are too harsh for sensitive penile skin.
To wash the penis during the day simply use water and the other essential whenever any form of moisture has been on penile skin is to make sure the penis is clean, and completely dry.

Ok thank you, also I am soon to be 16. What time of lotion to use?

Okay then, quick recap:

  • to prevent infection you need to wash the top part of your penis twice a day, taking a shower could be one such time, then carefully dry so that you do not make were the adhesions bleed
  • apply some antiseptic so that the wounds will heal with no problems, you can use a small amount of cream, lotion or liquid forms of antiseptic for this, do this for 5 days at least and the area should be completely healed within 8 to 14 days
  • for the long-term health of your penile skin try not to apply soap, shower gel or any other form of body wash directly to your penis
  • when you shower wash your penis with the running water only and the other essential is to fully dry your penile skin when you get out the shower
  • get your own towel that you do not share with others - I used to give the excuse that these were ‘sports towels’ that I only used
  • if you are meaning what type of lotion - I will take you mean to hydrate the skin of your penis and help keep it more healthy - the only products you should place on your penile skin are those that enhance the natural state, so these are natural, plant based products that you should use for this
  • the best are liquid Coconut Oil (for use on skin, not hair), or Shea butter, the coconut oil can be used as a lube for masturbating. All you need is a light coating each time you use either of these
  • for hydration, simply apply a light coating, the best time to do this would be twice a week after you have dried yourself after taking a shower
