Foreskin attached to penis head

Hello,
I am 15 years old, and have recently discovered that when i pull back my foreskin, it is connected to the head of my penis. Being raised by a circumcised dad, I was never instructed to pull back my foreskin and clean regularly. Due to this, I believe that my foreskin is very tight, which is another problem but i have been loosening it. While in the process of this, I noticed that on the front side of my penis head, there is a little piece of skin connecting my foreskin to the head. because of this, in addition to having a very tight foreskin, it causes pain, and causes the skin in that area to not come down as much. If someone could please help, I would really appreciate it. Any information that would help loosen my foreskin, and anything about the head being connected to the foreskin would be very appreciated, as I am becoming very worried about this. Thanks

Hi Bob the best thing is to keep retracting the foreskin in a warm bath or shower but don’t force it back this can cause scarring you don’t want that.
The peace of skin is not your frenulum?
If you have a skin Bridge or adhesion your best option would be to speak to your GP to have it resolved. they can advise you on the tight foreskin as well and may prescribe some steroid cream which would really help you a lot.
