Foreskin "bridged" to underneath of glans - help please?

Hello all,

I'm currently 24 and only very recently did I notice something strange with my foreskin. I am uncircumsized and had a generally tight foreskin during my childhood and I've never really had the courage or any idea of the importance of being able to retract the foreskin fully over the glans (dumb, I know right!). As a a result, the foreskin would stay over the glans or partially reveal it at all times. However, I've spent the past few weeks trying out some basic stretching and I'm glad to see that I can retract the foreskin fully over the glans with relative ease, although it feels funny sometimes (which can be hard to describe, and I guess this a consequence of the "exposure" the glans has gaining of late). Anyways, I noticed that while the foreskin has been generally improving in flexibility, it wouldn't go further down below the glans, and this seems to be because of a bridge that has formed between the inner foreskin and the corona (please find attached pictures depicting the same). I also see the foreskin sort of bunches up/rolls over itself, which shouldn't generally be the case from what I've read so far here. While I've been able to find posts on phimosis/frenulum breve etc. here, there really haven't been any that I could find that describe a problem similar to mine. I'm also hesitant to pull that bridge apart in case I tear the corona and complicate what might in fact be a trivial issue. Circumcision is not an option here, and I would like to remove any form of surgery (be it minor or moderate) out of the picture here. Can you please help me out as to why this is the case (I suspect it might be a form of adhesion) with my foreskin and any potential DIY solutions? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thank you for your time!

Regards,

I agree with your guess that this is adhesion. It looks as if the natural separation of foreskin from glans is not quite complete. Unless you have pain or irritation, there's probably no need for any treatment, and certainly, as you say, not surgery of any kind. You may find that with continuing manipulation, you will be able to free up the remaining skin. However, be very patient and cautious, as, if you cause bleeding, the skin could heal back even more joined together. There may be some corticosteroid creams that might help. - Obtainable only on prescription from your doctor.

Hi! Like you suggest yourself your foreskin is still partly attached. This is normal and should sort itself by time. This is a process that all uncut males go  through. As you can see along this adhesion that you have there are several tiny little pinhole sized tubes where the skin has detatched (they appear as white lines on the photos). Give the process of your foreskin to detatch time to complete. There's no need for surgery for now. Good luck with patiently waiting meanwhile 😊

Thank you for your prompt replies, kind gentlemen. I will hopefully see some progress as time passes - have a great day!
