Hi I am 36 years old but during the erection of my penis my foreskin will not retract back fully by itself and i need to do it myself in order for the glans penis to come forward. Is that i have to undergo circumcision or what exactly do in need to do I have been practicing moving my foreskin back and forth for a long time so it loosens up however it still wont go on its own back during erection
