Hello all,
I am seeing this dots on my foreskin from past 1.5 years and it is burning often.
i will have burning sensation for few days and then no sensation for few months. not itchy and no discharge.
currently i am applying coconut oil and it is giving me temporary relief from burning sensation.
As my friend suggested, i have tested for HIV and HSV in april 2019 and results were negative.
what could this be ?. please share your views.

it looks a little bit on what I have for years now, probably fordyce spots. The only difference is that I do not have burning sensation. If it is fordyce spots, I have been told that it should be harmless.
they are fordyce granules /spots and are benign
What I am concerned about is the whitish area just above your forefinger in the first photo you have posted, or is this just the way the light was when you took the photo?
The burning sensation you get does not seem to make sense and I would suggest this needs to be investigated by a medical professional.
As Kim states, the dots between forefinger and thumb are Fordyce - completely harmless …

When i touch the dots area, i feel the sensation. i feel like those spots are very sensitive. sometimes, i can sense a feel when the foreskin touches my inner wear.
if these dots are not an issue then i think it could be my foreskin which become sensitive.
does it make any sense ?.
