
I have something almost exactly the same. Two approaches: simply live with it as it is, the other would be to take the surgical approach.
Depending on what country you live in you would have more options if you lived in the US as you can determine the level of surgery you want. Any doctor who does minor surgery would probable sort this for you by making a relatively small incision.
However, in many counties a Urologist may simply suggest you get a full circumcision, but that should be your choice. So, in the UK for example if you wanted NHS treatment in most Urology Departments they would most likely suggest circumcision. You could visit 1 or 2 in your area and see if they are prepared to do the minor surgery approach. As I say, many Urologists would simply suggest circumcision of nothing.
This is the option offered to me in my early 50’s, I am 63 now and this has never caused a major issue.
The skin where the adhesion joins sometimes becomes distressed as it is under unusual circumstances, but this always clears within a day or two
