Foreskin partly attached to glans

My foreskin is wholly attached to glans on the left half of my penis and I find this reducing the pleasure from free motion of foreskin. Anyway this can be right at home or need to get under knife?

your glans look like something is wrong with the rip of your penis ?

Because of chafing as my glans is not fully covered with foreskin
