Foreskin problems/balanitis?

My foreskin seems to have small abrasions on it and is quite sore.    Can reappear every 6 months

Images added.  Any advice would be great

The last one is from a few months ago.  Skin went hard

Hi Aaron, you need to load your images directly to this site using a PC or a Laptop only ... doing it this way should not give you an auto-moderator notice

You may have a skin condition, or a dermatological reaction going on.  Wash the head and foreskin of your penis with water only, ensure you are 100% dry afterwards - keep all other chemicals, including soap and oil based stuff like Lube, Baby Oil, Skin Lotion - when showering draw your foreskin as far-forward as it will go, rinse off shower gel, hair shampoo thoroughly, then expose the head wash with water only with the inside of your hand, dry this area first and ensure it is thoroughly dry ....

pictures attached - first 4 from this week, the last one is from a month ago (that has healed now)

Cheers - I've attached as below

Thanks for the advice - maybe the baths havent helped either

sure pictures below - thank you

photos uploaded, if anyone can advise that would be great

Can I check - have you had skin issues elsewhere on your body at any time?

Have you ever closely examined the glans / head of your penis for anything unusual and found anything you were not sure of?

This is more likely to be dermatological so it could be linked to something your foreskin is exposed to infrequently.  I would suggest you need to look at your masturbation and sexual practices for a clue as to what this is caused by.  All the suspects are a particular Lube, chemicals inside condoms, skin lotions, Baby Oil, that king of thing.  You may be getting a irregular accumulative affect of various things impacting on your foreskin, even things like soap powders used on clothing can be part of this.

I would suggest if you want to be certain what is going on you would need to see a Dermatologist, either go to your GP / Family Doctor / Regular Practitioner and ask for a referral.  I would certainly want to have this sorted - particularly if you are sexually active now, or could be potentially in the future ....
