so a while back my a region of the foreskin started to be itchy and develop a red color, then slowly it start to be dry and thick. Luckly the itch only last for a while but the redness and thickness and dryness is still here for quite a long time now. though it is not painful or bothering, it started to spread for a little bit, so i am worried. i tried wash it gently frequently and not using irritable soap, but it doesnt seem to reduce the symptoms. also i dont have any sex experience.
if it’s dry, try applying some good moisturizer like coconut oil? I don’t know about thickness. Hopefully you didn’t get some kind of infection. Got any photos?
i think i have figured that it might be a case of eczema.
You mention eczema - do you have skin problems elsewhere on your body?
it would help if you post some photos clearly showing the issues you have for further help …
