hello, I am 25 years old. I tried couple of times to retract my foreskin from my glans but its too tight. I tried two and it really worked i got no pain but felt uncomfortable while walking and need to retract it back from glans forcibly. One time i forcibly pulled it back and kept the glans for 2 days but was afraid and need to retract it back then on lots of searching i found the glans are still attached to the foreskin. Any suggestions how to retract my foreskin out of glans smoothly.
Unfortunately there’s no quick fix (apart from the obvious). My foreskin was very tight as a teenager and by the time I was in my mid 20’s it would only retract without discomfort when I was soft. It took a lot of time and effort, stretching, gently retracting when hard, and leaving it back when I could (which unfortunately would produce boners as my glans rubbed against my briefs)and eventually it loosened up enough to fully function by around the age of 30. Nowadays mine works fine which proves that you can stretch to make your foreskin work with a bit of time.
Fully agree with James, I had a very similar experience myself. I also did the foreskin retraction later in life and I found this really comfortable for a year or so - I went back to normal practices after developing a skin condition on the penis.
So 2 things to do: i.) get yourself some liquid Coconut Oil and this will help with the movement - you only need a tiny amount, place a small amount on finger tips then apply to the glans, draw the foreskin down the shaft towards body (without causing pain) and place some of the Coconut Oil on the inner foreskin.
ii.) to help with the movement of the foreskin do an internet search using the following terms:
.
- 3 ways to do - Phimosis Stretching - Wiki How

In terms of how much of your foreskin is still attached to your glans what you can to is post a photo or two that clear shows where the attachment is and I can advise whether or not you need to do anything more about it. Many Doctors will still advise on getting circumcised which is completely unnecessary in the vast majority of cases.
And yes, I am talking from the position of experience: I am 63 YOA and the lower-half of my foreskin is still attached to the underneath of my glans - and I also had phimosis. I fixed the tight foreskin myself through doing stretches and took me way over 6 months to achieve. There was no internet then so I had no advice to follow - thankfully things like Wiki How exist and there are also other detailed web sites of individuals who have also overcome phimosis and parahimosis - which is when the foreskin become trapped with the glans exposed.
typo, where I state phimosis and parahimosis this should read - Phimosis and Paraphimosis
