I have spots that look like slightly more skin toned herpes spots, yet aren't fordyce spots around my foreskin, can't pull the skin back but I'm a virgin so it's not an STD, just need to know if it's a problem or just an aesthetic disadvantage, thanks.
Over my 66 years I've noticed various spots and discolourations, slight foreskin tears and most notably Lichen Planus spots and marks on my penis. They have all just disappeared with time with OTC moisturiser or with ointments prescribed by my doctor. I also have been sure they were not STIs as I've only ever had one partner, who as far as I know has always been faithful or careful. I doubt we can give you any better advice than a Special Clinic doctor or nurse or your own family doctor. If you post a photo, we might be able to hasard a guess, but generally speaking, it's likely to be nothing much, but if you are concerned, do get the spots checked out. Cancer of the penis is rare but not impossible.
