foreskin still attached with one side of the glans

I am 22 years old male.

I have foreskin related issue

As my foreskin still attached to the glans on one of the side.

Out of 100% foreskin about 25% still attached and other detached automatically.

As i have sex recently at that joint part have some scars during that force.

So how that remaining skin will be detach? i heard about some cream like hydrocortisone might helpful. tell me in detail.

The cream only soothes inflammation. If you keep pulling on it over time it should come undone if you keep working on it. Though you said there are scars it will be very difficult. Go see a urologist. They will recommend a surgery but if they recommend circumcision or bring it up in any way you need to see a different dr- they just want the income that comes with circumcision and dont see the damage it does
