Hi So im having issues with foreskin tightness when erect .... i can pull the foresking all the way back while flaccid but once i get an erection i can't pull the foreskin back below the head :( Is there any creams i can use such as hydrocortisone 1% (i have some of this already) It only needs to pull back about an additional 1cm or so Any help would be appreciated
