Found a seed like thing in my stool. Possible parasite egg?

I passed this in my stool and was wondering what it could be.. looks like some sort of seed but I have not eaten any seeds lately.

i was able to snap it open as it was hard. this is what it looks like now. any ideas?

it looks like seed. I think it is. so you eat health bars. Or oriental food for they both possibly contain seeds. sesame seeds are in those foods. I wouldn’t worry to much about this. have a great life.
