Hi, Male looking for some help with how to get the doctors on the right track when I get to the appointment and of course any insight into what might be causing my issues. For about a year now I have been having urinary and bowel pains and irregularities. been to the drs twice for it and was given antibiotics (once for STDs[negative test] and the other for general UTI) both times that seemed to work for a while only to have the issues come back. I've held off on going a third time since they can't seem to narrow it down or want to do more tests. Symptoms constipation or the feeling of having to go constantly but nothing there. stool is usually discolored. Sometimes soft yellowish, sometimes dark and hard. Today is first confirmed red/blood in toilet but may have been there before. shifting abdominal pains but regularly on the right flank and center lower back. pain during urination occasionally but only at the tip. loss of ejaculatory pressure
