Found bumps

i got really itchy the other day and assumed it was a yeast infection but treatment did nothing for it then i found these bumps. scheduling with my doctor but curious if anyone knows what it is

this happened to me before. i still have pictures when the inside was really red. its a yeast infection go to your doctor to get meds

i did go to my doctor and she said she didnt know what it was. we swabbed me, wont get the results until late next week

yes this is a yeast infection. nothing to be worried about, the area looks irritated and red. let me know what the doctor says
