Found out I have HSV 2. How do I tell my girlfriend?

We have been together for a few years. 2 years ago we had a child and I paniced and made the worst mistake of my life and cheated on her. She is and wonderful woman and forgave me. Since that point I have been nothing but faithful. How do I tell her now that I have this disease? I'm scared and I don't want to lose her or our child. Please help

I do not know last time we had sex I wasn't exhibiting symptoms. But I thought I had a uti based on a burning urination sensation. I've had this feeling a few times in the past couple years but no outbreak until now.

My reaction will ne different weather she is infected or not.

Also how do you know were you got herpes from. People may get infected without having sex.

If she is not incected then you must tell her regardless of the consequencies.

If she is already infected then you may have time to plan what you want to do and how to approach her.

She does have it. And I dont know is she will believe I didnt know I had it and that I have been faithful to her
