Four pink spots on penis is linear formation

19 years old, virgin. I have these four spots on my penis that are slightly raised. I have had them for a couple of weeks. They have not changed. They appeared within an hour of shaving the spot without shaving cream. I also used a razor that was in the “kids bathroom” so it’s not entirely my own. I don’t really believe its HPV due to the formation and the quick appearance (I read HPV usually takes at least a couple of days to form). Though I guess due to the nature of shaving it could be HPV/just a coincedence.

I initially thought they were just regular warts so I used an at home cryotherapy thing from Wartner on them. The treatment had no effect other than making it very itchy for a short period of time. They definitely become more pronounced after masturbation/friction. They also lose become flat/tight when erect. Being a virgin, it takes a lot of STD’s off of the table. The only other thing I could find that it could be is scabies. Any ideas/thoughts would be helpful.

HI Zachary,

i would strongly discourage the use cream and certainly warts cream. They can be really aggressive and most often than not, the ones you buy over the counter will not work for genital warts - which by the way is not what you have there - you have to be sexually active to pick those up(well HPV first).

it could simply be sort of irritation due to the razor/friction cream you used - yes it could have made it worst… leave them be for a bit and see what happens.. if they do not go away within a matter of days, the GP would the best place to start - over the counter creams!

You should never share a razor - make sure you only EVER use a razor that ONLY you can use
Fully agree with Luca
