Four small white bumps symmetrical on opposing sides of frenulum - warts/blisters/hpv? Please help.

Two bumps directly opposing on frenulum, then two more further up and apart under corona on underside of shaft. Bumps are almost milia like but also sort of similar to PPP which I also have on corona but much whiter and a bit smaller / "harder". Not sure when they first appeared but pretty sure it has been in last year or so. I am 33 years old and sexually active. They don't itch or irritate and i don't think they are changing size but they are a bit alarming as very white / visibly contrasted with skin. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks !

they can for in groups of two or three at either side of the frenulum some men only get one on each side or one on just one side doctors dont treat them because they are harmless

here is an example of wat they can look like some men can get more some less some form on the frenulum itself like urs
