Fracture on my Foot 5th Metatarsal bone

I had a fracture on my Right Feet, The chipside of 5th Metatarsal bone got a crack. I had a cast for 6 weeks, however I still have pain & swelling for past 4 Months.

Need a suggestion to see a best doctor who can give further suggestion on the healing process and problem within.
I stay at Bradford and so looking for Hospitals near to Yorkshire.

Hi in May 2017 I was playing rugby and snapped my ankle and fibia and tibia had to have screws in my ankle and have a pot on for 13 weeks then had a moon boot on but even now it still swells up not sure why but put a ice pack on that should reduce the swelling
