Freaked out by physical symptoms, is this anxiety?

Almost 6 months ago my grandfather passed away while I was with him which was obviously very devastating to me. A week after it happened I started feeling as what I describe as "off". It went away and I got engaged a few weeks later and I felt great for a month but the feeling came back in April and has pretty much been there since. Some days I feel dizzy and off balance and some days I have headaches. Other days I feel like I can't see but the constant feeling of "off" is pretty much always there. 8 have been on a couple of vacations during this time and feel as normal as I can get which makes me believe that all these symptoms are in my head and not a brain tumor, etc. which I constantly think I have. I have had a few major life changes during this time but have not necessarily felt anxious about them. Any advice or anyone who has had this feeling would be greatly appreciated!

Your symptoms do follow being anxiety. Life changes either good or bad can cause anxiety. Losing your grandfather while with him had to be very upsetting. You may have issues you need to work through. I am sorry about your grandfather.

Dehydration, low blood pressure, low blood sugar. I feel dizzy and off balance when I lose weight like 10 pounds I was underweight at the time. Dehydration can cause headaches. Any of those three I mentioned. Stay hydrated👍 and eat regularly. Most of all it's the difficult time you're going through. My condolences for your grandfathers death. I feel off too do you mean like Derealization? It's a Dissociative Disorder. Or depression. If you are having bad thoughts get help. (Therapy)

Hi, I had all the symptoms u just described. I thought there was something really wrong with me, I had loads of test done and nothing. It was anxiety couldn't believe how I'll it could make me. Mine was due to past stresses and life events that hit me all at once years down the line. Even when you think your ok it still finds away of effecting u when u least expect. I was put on fluxitine, which I really didn't want to take but so glad I did it's helped me cope better with things and reduced the physical symptoms. One of the main ones for me was a pounding heart and feeling dizzy. Hope you manage to get some help with this. But yea anxiety can cause all this there's just no easy fix
