I noticed the open sore on Tuesday and the inside "pimple" like on Thursday. Not sure what to think about any of this. i have been with 1 partner and we both got tested in the beginning of our relationship and then again months later. we were both clean. I was tested for BV and yeast infection in April and was also clear. I do wear super tight underwear sometimes and not drink water like i should if that makes a difference.
it looks like a Bartholomew cyst to me, I'd go to the doctors just to be sure

Dr said it LOOKS like a herpes breakout. I was swabbed and have to wait for results. Was prescribed antibiotics. I'll see how this goes.

herpes is viral, make sure you are taking an anti-viral ;)
Swab was positive for herpes 1 and so was my blood work. after the antiviral it went away. i am currently having another breakout in a different location now. and looks different than the picture too. i am in antiviral medication. anyone living with herpes 1 that can help. my depression has came back along with my suicidal thoughts.
Its not the end of the world. Herpes is really common and fully liveable, don't think other. Stay strong!

you will have less recurrent outbreaks if you have hsv1. also its a lot harder to pass the virus on to a man if you are a woman. regardless though you probably caught it from him if you have only had 1 sexual partner. also it can lay dormant for years before an outbreak genuinely, it's a cold sore. that is it. this isn't as bad as you think right now and you'll feel better in time i promise. I have hsv1 but get breakouts on my vagina. i have ordered a 90 day supply on valacyclovir online to prevent me from getting a breakout. I feel like he did give this to me but i have not seen any breakouts or other abnormal issues with his penis. He has also never had a cold sore. I feel like I will feel better if he knew but I am terrified to tell him. I am 26.
