FREAKING OUT WTF IS THIS?

i have 2-4 lumps not clustered but they do have some sort of fluid in not sure if its just pus for like a spot. really freaked out o

it looks like forcyde spots to me, they are completely normal no need to freak out. practically everyone gets them. hope i could help!
