so i have this lump in my throat for pretty much the whole day, it feels like foods stuck but anyways I'm laying down taking deep breathes and all of a sudden when I inhaled I got this like Shap pain in my chest toward the left side and it freaked me out so bad. As soon as I felt it I gasped and jolted up and felt this like hot flash kinda think all over my body. It was scary. I've had chest pain before but it's been a while kinda. Does anyone ever feel that way?
Do you think I reacted that way because of anxiety?

Sounds like typical anxiety and panic, especially the lump feeling and hot flashes,I get that a lot
