Hi Ladies..its me again. I seem to be on here very regular now. My body is literally out of control that it's scary now. Right now i am freezing cold. My legs are hands and legs are tingling and cold. It's been this way for some weeks now. I have no energy. Earlier I was talking to this guy who's doing some remediation to my home and i got so dizzy, lightheaded and weak ..this is scaring me so much. I ate some apple sauce and I felt a bit better. I hear others complain but why am i feeling this way daily? My last period was in Nov. and the more periods I miss..im feeling horrible. It's hard to function...every day seem to be a struggle. 😥
Any shortness of breath? My mom is anemic and is always cold. She also is tired and has tingly hands.
Sometimes i feel chills sometimess super hot..ufffff 
sometimes fell hot sometimess feel too cool.
Every day new symtom BIG STUGGLE mam.

Headaches , dizziness and off balance issues everyday..some days very difficult to do house hold things.
Loosing my self confidence.
Scare to go out.
praying for good days.
hope this phase will pass soon for all of us
