And am am able to pull back y foreskin but it's still attached to the glans when will that detach
Most problems can be solved without the need for a circumcision so don't let anyone tell you it's the only way to solve your problem. How far can you pull back your foreskin? Behind the glans? Some boys may not be able to fully retract their foreskin until their late teens, so perhaps you just need to give it a few more years (as long it is not causing you any pain or discomfort). On the underside of the glans the foreskin is permanently attached by a structure called the frenulum so that area is not supposed to detach. Do some more research online about penile anatomy, the foreskin, and non-surgical phimosis treatments. You will then be able to better understand you situation and treat it if needed. You will also be better informed if you need to talk to a doctor (and if you have one you trust that may be the place to start).
