I am able to pull my foreskin back when flaccid and everything is fine but when trying to pull it back when erect the frenulum turns white and im scared incase it snaps. (images below)
Any idea what this is would be helpful please and thanks.

Hi James see you GP they can refer you to urologist. The frenulum could break alright so frenuloplasty would be your best option.
