my health anxiety is kicking in AGAIN! and this time is kidney failure. i have been feeling the need to pee tho technically im going normal amount of times. but now ive somehow made myself focus on how soon i feel the need to pee after a drink. which is pretty quickly. last time i got checked, my kidneys were A1. im only 27. someone please help me. im so scared to go to dr or ER since covid. but idk if this is anxiety (which mine is always high, ive also started being nauseous lately too)....or if i need to be concerned. physically i feel fine, besides a little cramp down there. mentally im drained.
in order to have kidney failure you’d have to have some underlying illness like End stage renal disease related to diabetes ,
that doesn’t happen in young people. Also with that you wouldn’t be able to Pee. so you can cross that one off.
Believe it or not, anxiety can cause someone to P more often. Other things , alcohol, too many fluids. also a urinary track infection but usually when you pee it burns. A simple test can rule that out. But first see if it slows down before you call the doctor. Give it a few days and see how it goes. Try not to overthink this. In any case, it would be nothing serious for you.
i definitely believe i was overthinking it. it has since completely gone away. thank you Jan
