about 5 days ago i was dry having sex with a condom. and like 3 days ago i was wiping and i felt a little pain so i grabbed my phone and looked and i saw little spots and over the little time period now it looks like this.

it dosent hurt to pee . dosent irritate me . just a big sensitive to touch

I have to agree, that looks like an outbreak to me, not everyone will feel the same symptoms, BUT please try and get swabbed.

I wouldn't be convinced it is hsv. Some people can have very mild first outbreaks and some are completely asymptomatic. But given there isn't a great deal of pain or spread I would say it is bacterial or friction. As it is new and abnormal to your body I would get to checked. Then you can put yourself at ease.

update: i went to the sexual health clinic .. the doctor said it could be anything as this has happened on scar tissue .she also said it dosent look like the typical herpes . i got a swab but i know its not going to be 100% as its basically healed . ive taken no medication by the way .might be very bad thrush she said but i dont think so .

its a SORE that its heroes get a blood test at 3 months

could be im not ruling that out at all. i saw tho it could also be litchen simplex.im praying its that because this is happening on a place i cut like 5 months ago. apparently blisters and sores can happen over scar tissue. im just praying thats the case.

Update -i was swabbed and it came back negative..

if you were healing while the swab was taken, i would advise to get an antibody test in a month or so. it doesnt appear to be an ulcer like herpes, but still just to be safe i would get an igg antibody test done

i took a swab 3 days in. The day after it turned into an ulcer i got a swab but thankyou so much i will proceed and get an antibody test xx
