Frustrating

Frustrated that I know my thoughts are irrational, that my fears are irrational, and yet they still get a response out of me.  Working daily to try to limit this response, but in the moment, they feel so real.

I know the feeling exactly. I have it all the time I even tell myself I'm being irrational but the symptoms still stay and won't go I've suffered years and it still shows up and when it does I feel like it'll never go and I hate it sometimes I wish it would all end so you ever feel like that

The  thing is that you hit the nail on the head! Your fears are getting a response out of you. Whenever you respond to your fears with more fears you'll get more anxious. It's a vicious cycle.  you need to learn how to respond to the irrational fear's. If you go to YouTube there are many audio meditations on anxiety and fear. I put in my earbuds, low down and listen to them a couple times a day.

One of them is called anxiety attacks cure – self-help anxiety treatment

another I really like is called clearing subconscious negativity. It teaches you how to  get rid ofnegative thinking.

there are many others to choose from just pick the ones you like and listen to them as often as you can.

if you can pick up a copy of the book called mindfulness meditation that is an excellent read! It to teaches you how to get rid of negative thinking. I think it could really benefit you as it did me! Hope you feel better soon.
