Did you receive oral without the condom? If you have used condoms without this issue previously, it could be you maybe used a different brand or type of condom this time? Or, it could be there was some weakness or irritation to the skin prior to you having sex and the condom has irritated this further …
not oral but this time i couldn’t clean myself for a couple of hours so i had that oil on penis, it might be that
just get paranoid about herpes but i look around and it seems a bit different from pictures… also wasn’t particularly itching, i feel it was different but nothing to scratch or think too much
This is certainly not how herpes would present itself - so it is just a combination of the circumstances that has irritated the skin …

As above it just looks like you’ve irritated the glans, which is very easy to do if you’re uncircumcised.
