Had unprotected sex 7 days ago with a common who swears she's clean.
only one whitish open/wet sore, doesn't hurt or itch all so wondering it it's a std or fungal infection of some kind as I am uncircumsized, any help would be great!

Your photo shows a large solitary (single) ulcer that you say is not painful. If that’s the case, then you may have primary syphilis and the photo is that of a penile chancre.
You should seek medical attention asap for STD tests and the appropriate treatment.
