Hi girls, does anyone get funny feelings from the throat down..seems like I can't settle down sometimes with it..all do is toss and turn can't explain the feeling no more then weird wouldn't let me sleep at night it's driving me crazy I don't know why but it seems to be not a nice thing to experience I I take Kalms to keep quiet I feel like I don't know what to do,I'm sleepy and fed up .
Try this to help you sleep better and relax at same time. Take a mug of full cream milk, pour most of it in a pan and put on to heat. Make a paste with the left over drop of milk, add vanilla essence to taste OR 4/5 spoons of good quality hot chocolate. Add sugar to taste. Also add 1 or 2 crushed up valerian tablets. Take the milk off the heat just before boiling. Allow to cool to drinking temp and enjoy! The warmth of the drink may help with the strange sensations you are getting and the drink will help to relax and de-stress you and help you have a better quality sleep. Try it thats all any of us can do is do things by trial and error. XXX
