Does anyone have like this funny weird head feelings with perimenopause? Like dizziness but it's not like a spinning feeling.
Yes I do too most days :-( feels like I've been on a boat but just vague feeling not full on dizzyness. I even get a feeling like my head just stops and I get quite anxious....horrible x
I have that often. Some days are better then others. Some are really bad. I used to worry about it but now I really think it is just perimenopausal and I have learned to live with it.
Hi there.
Yes it's all to do with the great changes in our bodies!
And I think it's worse if you're a migraine sufferer too. Like I am one since I was a child.
As long as you don't feel any swellings, or unusual things like heavy bleeding for weeks in end, or sudden bleeds out if the blue, you should be okay.
But also our hormones play havoc too.
Our vitamins are more important to us, as we get older. Our bodies don't repair as quickly as they used to.
But keeping fit Is a good idea, go for walks to keep your muscles working and circulation going too.anyway if you feel something unusual despite everything, it's best to get it checked out.
Hi yes your right we have to adapt ourselves to the changes.
It's hard some days. I find I keep myself occupied, I feel much better.
I'm glad I have my profession.
It's a great thing to have something that gives you the incentive to carry on.
😊
Hi brandybna, yes, I have this right now and have had a lot of it recently to the point that I feel in a kind of daze/haze 24/7. I went out to the shops earlier but, as usual, feel like a zombie - fatigued, lightheaded, detached, a kind of unreal feeling. It's so awful and then I stress about the possible causes. I am getting anxiety and depression too so it could be related to this but I still worry and just want to feel myself again.
Today is really bad for the crazy head feelings. I feel like if my ears would pop everything would be good. I just don't understand how hormones can do this to your body.
I'm the same today. The hormone fluctuations can affect the inner ear and trigger vertigo symptoms but also cause the anxiety which in turn can lead to dizzy feelings. How are you feeling at the moment? Hugs.
Hi Ruthie and Brandybna, im post menapausal and ive been experiencing what you describe hear. Two weeks ago i had a severe bout of unexplained dizziness which led me to be sick. legs always aching, fatigue, and poor sleep patters too.
yes, drove me crazy, not so much anymore but it still happens! Like your drunk or on a boat, clumsy, just horrible, concentration is difficult, and I get blurred vision on top of it too!!! Sometimes with the dizziness, sometimes without! Oh the joys of being a woman!!!
Do any of you use bio identical progesterone creme?
Hiya I can't say I've heard of it. What is it doing for you?
It doesn't give you more male hormones does it? Lol.. Don't need to add anything else to the list ..😊
Haha! No it doesnt. It's just a creme you rub on your arms. It's used when you are low on progesterone in place of some thing synthetic
No I have not. Thinking about it though!
Yes I have the same systems. Very scary had some tests done everything is negative. Don't know what's going on! Any ideas?
Hi Ruthie49, I use to feel like that detach unreal feeling as you said like a Zombie when ever I get up feel like a falle over thing And all off a sudden I realise it was gone thank god
