Hi girls have these. Funny sensations in my chest tummy and can't fall off to sleep looks like. They keeping me awake I'm so mentally tired of it all, if I could sleep maybe take the edge off this has been a few nights now no sign of lifting, anybody has any that stops them drifting off.

Hi Beth, chest I guess feel weird I don't know if Anxiety sick of that word Lol, last night was bad night couldn't sleep but stayed in bed and listen music but still not good enough,I have sleep nite herbal supplements only took them twice tonight I will try 2 as they said and see, I'm waiting for my cousin to send me metotone and they going to take weeks to arrive in the UK.
Its anxiety Take magnesium. And calcium before you go to bed.
Hi Beth I do take, and I just bought vitamin B complex it's horrible they should be something for us to take for it.
That's the thing they just tell you live with it. Exercise helps too.
It’s awful, especially at night, feeling like that..I’ve gotten to the point I take some Zzquil sleeping med every night..It comes and goes but mostly it stays around (the funny/yucky feeling)..I just keep telling myself it’s “only” hormones and it WILL get better! Sending hugs to you!
