Hello everyone again! Its so nice to be part of this forum and chat to other people going through similar experiences. I am 1.5 weeks into starting citalopram (20mg) and along with increased anxiety, sweating and insomnia - I am noticing a type of random 'blurriness' to my vision. It's the worst at night when I'm driving, but if I think about it during the day it kind of happens. Its not even that things go BLURRY, I can still see, its just a funny little disturbance - I can't even explain it. Almost like a very light film of Vaseline is over my eyeball! Ha ha. I was told this might happen, and have read online that it is a side effect - but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Thanks so much!!

Absolutely..you will probably get floaters also..but they will pass also.
I have a ton of eye floaters since I started this medication.
yes, I have experienced this......especially with night driving due to the lights and If I drive long distance at night I wear night driving glasses.
you asked if it passed, for me no it hasnt, sorry!
They pass for me..in the beginning the floaters where horrific now they are completely gone took about a year..
