Hello I was diagnosed of gad and emotional dysregulation my psychiatric has now put me on fluxoetine 10mg for first week then 20mg sencond week onwards well took my first one last night and I've woke up feeling the most dizziness I've ever been feeling sweaty.. and just spaced out and lazy loool.. it's hard to be lazy when got 5 little sons running around 2 with bad behavioural problems.. but just wondering if hisbis a side effect and how long it will last for I have a birthday party end of may and hoping I can go to it especially when I've paid for it all.. anybody else been on this med and did it work wonders for you thanks for taking time to read my discussion also I have a pip tribuneral in next coming weeks due to pip denying me it and layed about everything so im hoping I feel okay for it
I took fluoxetine for 1 and a half years. The side effects at the start for me were feeling sick and feeling massively dizzy. It passed within a week and then I felt fine. Avoid alcohol though as this makes you feel so much worse!!

I don't drink alcohol.. I did notice last night a bigger side effect I was up most of the night with dizziness and bad sweats and my husband didn't believe me.. now I'm not allowed a lie in terrible.. also I have felt a heavy chest as well.. I'm hoping it does go soon it's awful feeling his bad.. I'm glad your better Hun
